Well, the time has finally come! We got a kid graduating from elementary school! It has a special meaning for me, as this is the school that I graduated from. It fact, there’s a lot of history for me in this church. I can remember sticking Sr. Bridget’s electronic organ in 4th grade with a rubber band, so in the middle of mass when she turned in on, there was just a big, long, whhhhheeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. She really enjoyed having all the students sing. On the way to the classroom while carrying the organ back, we would take out the rubber band and all would be well! A miracle!
I remember running across the top railings of the pews all the way down the church (on the section seen behind Talia in the picture). Now I’m surprised that one of us didn’t get badly hurt. I remember our wedding here — how Cindy looked. I remember a funeral for a 2 day old niece. There’s a lot of memories in here: joy, sorrow, and now exhilaration!
